Architecture Request

Architectural Review Committee

For architectural requests, please submit the form below. Architectural requests must follow the following guidelines detailed in the HOA Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&R) document Section 6.1.

In order to be considered by the ARC, your application should include the following:

Plat Plan of your lot, with location of proposed modification marked
Sketches, photographs, catalog illustrations
Dimensions and materials for the proposed
Colors of the proposed improvement

All ARC requests will be reviewed by the HOA Board Members within ten (10) days. No exterior alterations shall commence until written approval from the ARC has been returned to the homeowner.
